. If you’ll remember, Hogan recently ripped off a Tebow jersey while yelling things on SportsNation , and Gumbel didn’t take kindly to it:
Such venom – even though it seemed to us the Hulkster’s whole Tebow rant was in jest anyway. Hosts Colin Cowherd and Michelle Beadle requested he say something to fire up the quarterback, after all. And hey, maybe it worked – the Broncos did beat the Dolphins today, with Tebow rallying the squad after a (very) slow start. We know, too, that Tebow is very much aware of those who downplay his talents.
But we’re not sure even Tebow would take Hulk Hogan seriously. Greg Gumbel’s crack, though, has us ready for a real-life version of Gumbel 2 Gumbel , in which the brothers take turns lobbing insults at various targets for a half hour. If the last week proved anything, it’s that we’ll pay attention.
