Top pick Arian Foster tweets MRI photo of his injured hamstring

If you are having a draft this weekend and not sure if you should be worried about Arian Foster's hamstring, you should be.

He posted his MRI photo on his Twitter account ( @ArianFoster ).

Dr. Michael Kaplan, ESPN's sports medicine expert, says that Foster has a hamstring tear. "A return to the field would not be expected before three to four weeks. Premature exertion risks re-tear and longer convalescence," he said.

Foster says he will be fine.

I would start changing plans if I was you. I will have to in one of my leagues where I had Foster as a keeper. If you pick from scratch in your draft, Adrian Peterson looks a lot safer.

And just when I thought I had my whole draft strategy ready.
