The Social Network each won three awards at the annual meeting of the Utah Film Critics Association, including sharing Best Picture of 2010. David Fincher shared directing honors for The Social Network with Inception director Christopher Nolan, while Aaron Sorkin won for The Social Network 's screenplay. James Franco won in the Lead Actor category for his performance as trapped hiker Aron Ralston in 127 Hours ; the film also earned cinematography recognition for Enrique Chediak and Anthony Dod Mantle.
In other performance categories, Natalie Portman won Lead Actress for her role as an emotionally fragile ballet dancer in Black Swan . Jacki Weaver won Supporting Actress as the matriarch of a criminal family in Animal Kingdom , while Christian Bale won Supporting Actor as crack-addicted ex-boxer Dickie Eklund in The Fighter .
Toy Story 3 took honors for Best Animated Feature. In the Best Documentary category, Catfish was recognized, while Best Non-English Language Feature was shared by Micmacs and A Prophet .
