, who very publicly broke up with Jake Pavelka on last season's "The Bachelorette," exclusively talks to ET about not having any regrets for anything she did regarding the breakup.
"I think that I went about it the way that I should have," says Vienna, who Jake accused of selling out for money when she gave an "unauthorized" interview to a magazine in which she revealed that she had broken up with him twice. "I never regret anything that I have done or said or any experience I have ever had in my life because it leads to who you are. It builds character. I have learned from my mistakes."
Vienna also tells ET that she has had no contact with Jake since they dished the dirt about their breakup on "The Bachelorette," but that recently she texted him for a special occasion.
"I think if God can forgive us for our sins, I can forgive Jake for his sins," she says. "I sent him a happy birthday wish the other day. It was the first contact I have had with him at all."
Vienna adds if she were to talk to Jake, she would say, "I hope he finds true love one day and someone who makes him happy. That is what I said even when we broke up."
As for this season's "The Bachelor" Brad Womack , Vienna is 100 percent behind him because she thinks everyone should get a second chance.
"You know what? Sometimes people should have a third chance. Everyone makes mistakes. Honestly, he didn't choose someone because he didn't fall in love and if you are not in love, and you didn't find the girl you want to spend your life with, don't choose anyone."
As for who she is rooting for this season, she is definite: "I hope it is going to be Emily ."
"The Bachelor" airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. on ABC.
