Webster earns Chancellor’s scholarship
Phillips Community College of the University of Arkansas (PCCUA) has awarded a Chancellor’s Scholarships to Kathryn Webster, of Clarksdale, Miss. The Chancellor’s Scholarship represents the highest academic honor at PCCUA.
Webster is a graduate of Delta State University and Mississippi State University and is currently majoring in nursing at PCCUA.
