Love, infidelity, and sex tape saga of John Edwards, Rielle Hunter - National Love and marriage | Examiner.com

From the moment that Rielle Hunter whispered to the married John Edwards, “You are so hot,”  the former presidential candidate has been enmeshed in controversy.

And going into 2011, life does not seem to be getting any rosier. It seems that a sex tape he made with Rielle Hunter (rumored to have been made while she was expecting his love child) is heading into a court battle between his former aide Andrew Young and mistress Rielle Hunter.

The Chapel Hill News reports that “Rielle Hunter and Andrew Young will continue their courtroom battle over a sex tape showing Hunter with former U.S. Senator and presidential candidate John Edwards.

"Last year was a tumultuous one for Edwards, with ex-aide Young publishing a tell-all book about his indiscretions, Edwards' admission to fathering a child with Hunter, a federal investigation into his campaign finances and the death of Elizabeth Edwards, the wife who had stood by him on the campaign trails."Edwards sex tape battle to continue.

Up to now evidence has been sealed to avoid publicity.  If the case goes to trial some sworn statements might possibly be made public.

In related news, Andrew Young will not be charged with perjury for changing his testimony earlier in court. North Carolina: No Charges for Edwards Aide

Before her death, although Elizabeth Edwards appeared to forgive John, she made it clear, that Rielle Hunter had played a devastating role in the lives of their family.  While she embraced and expected a blended family, she did not wish for a marriage between Edwards and Hunter.  Rielle Hunter sill proclaims her love for Edwards and wishes to marry the father of her child.
