Liberty's Kia Vaughn WNBA's Most Improved Player

Kia Vaughn of the Liberty was selected as the WNBA’s Most Improved Player. The Rutgers product had career highs in points (10.1) and rebounds (6.7). Minnesota’s Maya Moore was named Rookie of the Year.
